are there any agent or node that can extract any text from the documents ?

Their website ([Agentic Document Extraction - LandingAI](https://landing.ai/agentic-document-extraction)) says that they have an API, so you should be able to implement that in node-red, assuming you have installed (or paid for access to) their platform.
If, however, what you are asking about is how to achieve similar features without using their platform then I suspect the answer is no.
