# Alexa-local no device discovery

Hi guys, I'd like to trigger some nodes based on voice commands from alexa.  
I have seen pretty good examples using alexa local, but also found in the forum some issues since September 19.

Does anybody has the "alexa-local" working?

My problem is:

- I Add a alexa-local node, deploy it and I receive the status online
- When I start discover new devices i see in Node-Red that dicorvery mode runs, but Alexa does not find any devices

one problem I can see is you need to run the alexa service on port 80.  
if you cannot do that you need to redirect data from port 80 to whatever port your using, in your case 34913
