# Alexa voice output when light switch is pressed

Please excuse my bad english 😉

for example, i would like to switch my light switch in the kitchen and alexa should give me a voice output, for example the kitchen is now on

I use i o broker and node red 1.06  
node-red-contrib-alexa-remote2

node-red-contrib-alexa-local

With [node-red-contrib-alexa-remote2](https://flows.nodered.org/node/node-red-contrib-alexa-remote2) and this example [https://peyanski.com/alexa-tts-how-to/](https://peyanski.com/alexa-tts-how-to/) you can Alexa let say anything you want.  
So even that the light in the kitchen are on.

i don't know how to do that i need an example and it should be integrated into my circuit with a switch

and this is my test but i can only action my event wehn i press timestamp, but i want action when i pressed on off switch
