# (also) Stuck on “Loading Palette” Screen

Can you check the browser console for any errors?

If there is an error that mentions `e.trim` then you've hit the issue reported here: [[problem] Not work flow editor Node-RED 1.3.4 on Chrome](https://discourse.nodered.org/t/problem-not-work-flow-editor-node-red-1-3-4-on-chrome/45347)

Well have it fixed in the next release, but the workaround for now is to try a different browser.
