A few small fixes and updates

**Enhancements**

- Update weather icons to 1.5 to include wind direction rotations. by adding for example wi-rotate-45 to a fa-arrow-down icon you can specify the angle of rotation - useful for wind indicators etc - this add the 45,135, 225 and 315 degree angles to the already implemented 90,180, and 270.

**Fixes**

- Fix dropdown to not preselect option if no passthru.
- Fix replacing iconify icons so they can be dynamic. Useful for ui-switch node etc
- Fix gauge angular filters with space in msg properties.
- Try to resize template when restored from collapse. Issue #642.

As usual - don't forget to clear your local browser cache after updating and restarting the server.
