there are already [some examples](https://discourse.nodered.org/search?q=%40steve-mcl+%23dashboard-2+echart) on the forum that import echarts via a CDN. e.g. [this one](https://discourse.nodered.org/t/how-to-configure-echarts-in-dashboard-2/87259/4) by me!

@joepavitt Do we export echarts for user consumption in the template node?
