# Assistance with running local js script for MyQ

Because the current MyQ node is not working, I'm looking to switch to "Plan B" but would appreciate confirmation that my idea is viable.
The idea is to install the hjdjd MyQ API ([link](https://github.com/hjdhjd/myq)) on the NR RPi, then use the EXEC node to run a local JS script and collect data via MyQ API for my devices.
Is this a viable solution? Are there better options?
