# Athom 15W 1400lm RGBCCT Bulb (LB01-15W-E27)

I would like to be able to adjust the colors on this bulb, but I do not know where to start.  
What I wouold like to do is once turned on at sunset, which works, set the brilliance to about 95%  
At about 11:00PM turn the brilliance down to about 35%. Then turn it off at sunrise.  
Aeemsa simple to do, just need to know how.
