# Bigtimer making offset a variable

I am using bigtimer to turn on/off lights. However on cloudy or rainy days I would like the lights to come on a bit earlier. I have a flow where I get the weather and based on that I can adjust what I want the offset to be.  
I am stuck on how to format that variable so that bigtimer can use it as the offset.

tried $offset, {offset}, {{offset}} - plus a bunch of others

Any help would be appreciated.

Personally, I wouldn’t change the offset, I’d send a message to manually override the lights (turn them on early on that particular day).
