# Can not find new node under palette

On last Friday, I created a node named '@mingxingzhang/node-red-contrib-tcp-request2' , published it on '[@mingxingzhang/node-red-contrib-tcp-request2 - npm](https://www.npmjs.com/package/@mingxingzhang/node-red-contrib-tcp-request2)' and added it to '[http://flows.nodered.org](http://flows.nodered.org/)'. However, today I still cannot find it under the palette. After some searching, I find '[Actions · node-red/flow-library · GitHub](https://github.com/node-red/flow-library/actions/workflows/build.yml)' appears to have stopped updating. Could someone help me resolve this?

I don't know if this is a factor, but I do notice that the **'Node.js Version**' is missing
