# Cannot able to connect to node-red

Cannot able to connect to node-red. How should i tackle this?

I am pasting my cmd screenshot

There is no node-red to connect to - it was crashed by a mis-behaving node

Something to do with `node-opcua`

You should identify the node & report this to the author. In short, if a node does not handle its own errors correctly, it can crash node-red.

You can report the problem by raising an issue on the repository. You can (usually) find the repository by visiting the flows library (linked above)

Lastly, start node-red in safe mode & either fix up or remove the bad node, then deploy.
