There are quite a few existing topics in the forum: [Search results for 'getaddrinfo EAI\_AGAIN' - Node-RED Forum](https://discourse.nodered.org/search?q=getaddrinfo%20EAI_AGAIN)

Essentially, the server where node-red is installed cannot connect to the internet.

> EAI\_AGAIN is a DNS lookup timed out error, means it is a network connectivity error or proxy related error.

Please don't repeat request for the same help. It just wastes people's time. Closing this one, please answer the query in the previous thread thanks.
