# Cannot open node-red-dashboard 404 Not Found

Hi, I am trying to open the dashboard from my Node Red, but this page is not working. When I try to open the dashboard and everything is done correctly, the control panel cannot be opened. I don't know what is happening. Does anyone have a solution? Please help me.

Welcome to the forum @perea_12

I see you are using nginx as a proxy. Perhaps that is misconfigured. Have you tried going direct to node-red rather than through the proxy?

Yes, I tried that but it didn't work again.

That suggests that you are still going through nginx to access node-red.

Are you running the browser on the same machine as node-red?

What hardware/OS are you running on and how did you install node-red?

Stop node-red and start it again in a command window and post the full startup log here please.

I _think_ this is a Home Assistant installation. If i am correct, you might have more luck asking on the HA forum.
