# Can't import demo examples for node-red-contrib-homekit-bridged

Always get error message: type not recognized!?  
What can i do?

Which example are you trying to import?  
Please stop/start node-red and copy the log up till you see  
`Server now running at http://127.0.0.1:1880/`  
and paste them into a reply

Thanks for the answer!  
The problem was that i used an outdated node-red-contrib-homekit (no bridged).

Quick follow up - the outdated node has since been removed from palette manager.
