1. what platform and OS are you running NR on? 2. what version on NR and node.js are you using? (You can get this from the startup log) 3. are you using Docker or Home Assistant? ---

1. i'm running node red on a ctrlx virtual core (it's a bosch program for automation) 2. it says that the NR version is : 1.20.0+3.0.2-ctrlx, not sure how to verify node.js 3. no Thanks you for your answer ---

" You might be better off asking for help on the [CTRLX forum]" will try there as well, thanks you a lot anyway. ---
