I want to cleanup my installed nodes.
Is there a way to check if an installed node in the palette is use by flows ?

If you open the Palette Manager in the editor, under the `Nodes` tab it lists all of the modules installed and shows if they are in-use or not.

Are the nodes that are NOT used, the ones that show remove or disable
?

Correct. The Palette manager will only let you remove or disable node modules you are _not_ using.
