someone knows how I can configure a flow for a bot where I have the watson assistant of ibm and can be displayed in telegram the buttons (Inline Keyboard)

There are lots of posts on this forum about how to configure telegram nodes.
I'd suggest you start by searching the forum and having a "play" with the nodes.

I have seen it, but I can not find what I need, which is to configure Inline Keyboard for a bot made with ibm watson.
