I suspect that was just a Googled result based on keywords from your request... Read through it and click the links to the full article.
And further Googling it yourself may be the best way for you to to get your own answer, or at least understand the involvements better, as your question heavily involves two other 3rd party processes that not everyone here will have any knowledge of.
