# Control GPIO pins

hello,

I need to control GPIO pins of the mdot board based on ARM microcontroller . how can I do it please??

how is the mdot board connected to the world ? Can it run wifi ? mqtt ? serial ? a few more clues may be necessary as I don't think it runs Node-RED locally.

Mdot is connected to a gateway via lora protocol. And node-red is running on the gateway.

So you will need to look to your mdot programming how to receive a Lora packet and decode that to set gpio pins. It is not a Node-RED question as far as I can see.
