I think the line @smanjunath211 suggested is missing a comma at the end.

```auto
httpStatic: 'c:/Users/youse/.node-red/static',

```

it work finnaly thank you so much all of you  
but i have another question it's possible to insert some function on the picture  
for example i want to insert led on a part of picture how?  
it is a picture of boat and led to indicate engine running or stopped

You might want to take a look at this node as it allows you to implement animation...

It allows you to place a background image on the dashboard and add additional items icons, like LEDs.
