# Dashboard empty in UI

`ui_table` as many other contrib-ui nodes use theme related API-s when initializing and which again related to existence and readyness of `ui_base`. So the outcome may be pretty same. I see fixes in ui\_table which should avoid the issue. Not sure if really fixed ...No time to investigate right now..

Hi @hotNipi,

I am new to Node-red and trying to use the chart node from [Github](https://github.com/node-red/node-red-dashboard/blob/master/Charts.md) documentation. But I face the same error.

And the function node contains the following code.

But the chart on the dashboard is empty.

Could you please explain a little more, how to fix the problem and where I should configure the ui\_base and theme state?

2.26.0: Milestone Release has fix for the situation. So do update the dashboard and do not forget to flush browser cache after updating.
