# Dashboard not functioning

I have node-red-dashboard 2.16.3 installed. It is recognizing current nodes. However when I try to open the UI I'm getting the " Welcome to the Node-RED Dashboard" splash screen.

hi.i think your problem in data in charts that cause some errors.  
if you want to solve them first delete all wire then step by step check them

I deleted all of the wires and re ran them with no success. I'm getting the same issue.

You missed out the version of Node-RED.

Have you also check dthe logs to see if theres anything printed there?

OK so I got the dashboard running. I'm still not entirely positive what was causing the error. I deleted all of the Dashboard layout, set it up again and it was resolved.
