# Dashboard not showing buttons and graphs after new installation

Hi, new to this and ran into some issues.
I had Debain 11 "bullseye" installed and installed node-red (2.1.6), created dashboard etc, all ran fine.
Wanted to add a MOXA NPORT 5450, what an issue, could not get that working and then re-loaded (Fresh) raspberry pi Debian on SD, loaded node-red updated etc.
Imported the flows, installed all the pallets. All looked good except the dashboard is broken.
Can't see the buttons nor graphs, and the pallet gives "type\_already\_regestered" below.
Added a bar and that shows but not the rest (hiding somewhere)
Any guidance will be great.
