# Dashboard template understanding

Hello!
I'm not sure, if I understand "Dashboard template" the right way.
I want design some groups on tabs. They should be placed on all tabs the same way (size, position). At least one group should have 5 buttons for navigation. The stay the same over all tabs, they link to the same tabs every where.
Is this possible with "Templates"? or are templates only for color, some other CSS for all tabs?

You haven't said which dashboard you are using... I'm assuming dashboard 2 ??
