# Dashboard tooltips

Is there a way to add hover-over tooltips to text on the dashboard? I'd like to do this to give other users a hand while they're using my project.

I think we only added them to nodes that you can use as inputs, as the text output widget already has a label that should indicate what it does.

Related to this topic, it will be great to display tooltip on icons when dashboard is configured with `Always show icons only`. The tooltip should be the name of dashboard tab node.
