# Data acquisition problem

Hello, I have a laser sensor that I use as a meter to determine the number of cycles of a pump. The problem is that node red can’t read all the data that the sensor sends which distorts my meter. Do you have any solutions?

Please tell us about the sensor and how you read from it. Also explain what you mean by

If appropriate then feed what you get into a debug node and show us what it says and tell us what is missing.
