# Disable dropdow UI?

Hello, anybody know how to disable dropdown UI? For example, grayout the dropdow when a trigger comes and just release it when the trigger out. We have enable feature with button, switch but no with dropdown

Is that the old node-red-dashboard (which is now deprecated) or the new @flowfuse/node-red-dashboard?

To grey it out you should be able to send msg.enabled false, then true to enable.
