# E mail at fix interval

I have a node counter and I would like to know how to send an e-mail at fixed frequency once a day for exmple, containing the value of this counter ? Of course I will use a mail node but how do I trigger the node on a regular basis containing the counter value ?

'Inject' node (tell it when to fire each day) =\> what ever you are using to grab the counter and create the mail message =\> to the wemail node
