# Enabling / disabling writing data to a file using a dashboard switch node

I think I have the same settings. But flow.logging does not change it's value (i did refresh always). On flow "Spielwiese" it works perfectly. May be I have to delete "Spielwiese" because it uses the same variable somehow?

Ok - because if exactly everything is exactly what I have posted - it must work!!! - Otherwise I would doubt on my understanding of NodeRed.
