# Entity ' ' is unknown

Hi,

Every 5 minutes I get this error message in the debug node (copied from journalctl):

Jun 27 22:14:49 raspberrypi npm[628]: Zigbee2MQTT: **info** 2022-06-27 22:14:49: MQTT publish: topic 'zigbee2mqtt/bridge/log', payload '{"message":{"friendly\_name":""},"type":"entity\_not\_found"}'

Jun 27 22:14:49 raspberrypi npm[628]: Zigbee2MQTT: **error** 2022-06-27 22:14:49: Entity '' is unknown

Looks like mqtt itself does not know which device it does not know ... 🤪

Any idea how to solve this or where to investigate further?

Most likely the message is coming from Zigbee2mqtt, check what version you have an update if required.  
On the Zigbee2mqtt Github issues there are multiply topics with this problem, most of them are old and solved in newer versions.
