# Ethercat beckhoff EK1100

Has anybody being able to control ethercat beckhoff modules trough a raspi and node red? Just found info regarding codesys which is a specific system thay you need to purchase or of course twincat under windows but I wonder if anybody know where to start with this.

Any advice is wellcome.

Hi,  
I stumbled upon this thread because I'm investigating the same thing.  
Did you find anything already to make this work? I mean is there a node to directly control ethercat devices ?

Is there any progress ?  
I want to intergrate EtherCAT IGH into node-red too, but only find it capable by write another c based program then call the program from node-red-exe nodes,
