# Fail Install node-red

Hi, I tried to install node-red I have PC behind corporate proxy but I have set correct proxy setting. during installation i get error:

node-pre-gyp ERR! install response status 403 Forbidden on [https://github.com/kelektiv/node.bcrypt.js/releases/download/v5.0.1/bcrypt\_lib-v5.0.1-napi-v3-win32-x64-unknown.tar.gz](https://github.com/kelektiv/node.bcrypt.js/releases/download/v5.0.1/bcrypt_lib-v5.0.1-napi-v3-win32-x64-unknown.tar.gz)  
node-pre-gyp WARN Pre-built binaries not installable for bcrypt@5.0.1 and node@14.17.4 (node-v83 ABI, unknown) (falling back to source compile with node-gyp)

can somebody help me?

Are you sure? Can you clone a repo from GitHub. Pick any & give that a go.

Ok it is work now, I update npm and installation was successful but now when I open Manage Palette I get error:  
Failed to load node catalogue  
Check the browser console for more information

in console I have:
