Hello, I'm facing an irritating issue. While trying to save JSON using File node the file that is created nearly always has us-ascii encoing. It works well when JSON does not contain any special chars, but when I try to save "ł" letter as a part of the string things get messy because "ł" is saved as "B". In the end I get "PaweB" instead of "Paweł". What is interesting if I try to save other polish diactrical signs like "żółć" the file is created with iso-8859-1 encoding. My Node-RED instance is working on Orange Pi One board running Debian-based Armbian. This is really rather confusing because on that Armbian I've got all of the locale settings turned to us\_EN.utf8 as you can see below:

root@orangepione:# locale
LANG=en\_US.UTF-8
LANGUAGE=en\_US.UTF-8
LC\_CTYPE="en\_US.UTF-8"
LC\_NUMERIC="en\_US.UTF-8"
LC\_TIME="en\_US.UTF-8"
LC\_COLLATE="en\_US.UTF-8"
LC\_MONETARY="en\_US.UTF-8"
LC\_MESSAGES="en\_US.UTF-8"
LC\_PAPER="en\_US.UTF-8"
LC\_NAME="en\_US.UTF-8"
LC\_ADDRESS="en\_US.UTF-8"
LC\_TELEPHONE="en\_US.UTF-8"
LC\_MEASUREMENT="en\_US.UTF-8"
LC\_IDENTIFICATION="en\_US.UTF-8"
LC\_ALL=en\_US.UTF-8

Do you have any idea what can be wrong with those settings? The goal is to save the file with utf8 encoding.

Thank you
