Hi,

I store data in a flow variable and want to know when this data is stored in the variable. How can I get the time modified from the flow variable itself?

Why not store the data in an object and storet the current time in the same object?

Yes, this could be a solution, I will try... Therefore with a flow variable this isn't possible, right?

Correct. It is a generic store for items you want to store. If you need a time stamp, add it.
