Hi everyone,

Our **Smart Homes devroom** has been accepted for FOSDEM 2027 in Brussels, and the call for papers is now open!

We’d love to hear from Node-Red maintainers, contributors and experienced users. Have you built an interesting integration, tackled interoperability challenges, brought devices under local control, or learned something worth sharing about running a reliable smart home?

**We’re looking for technical talks that share practical insights and connect communities across the open-source smart home ecosystem.**
