Thanks for your effort and giving us the space here to ask and discuss with you. I have just heard about Node-RED from a colleague of mine. So please advice me how to download the software and try it live.

Welcome to the forum @Elshagea.

See the [Getting Started](https://nodered.org/docs/getting-started/) docs and also I recommend watching this playlist: [Node-RED Essentials](https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLyNBB9VCLmo1hyO-4fIZ08gqFcXBkHy-6). The videos are done by the developers of node-red. They're nice & short and to the point. You will understand a whole lot in about 1 hour. A small investment for a lot of gain.

To extend the welcome by Colin - what are you planning to use Node RED for?  
Its in-use in sooo many domains, and plenty here who will be happy to help you along the way
