# Help getting a Hue Lamp to flash

I am using Node Red in Home Assistant to turn on a Hue light when the motion detector in my letterbox is activated and that works fine.
What I want to do is have the light change to red and flash on and off for around 5-10 seconds. I have seen some nodes for the Hue system but I cant get them to work, I know nothing about json ☹ so wondered if any kind person could offer some advice on how to accomplish this?
