# Help me to read this register

Please give me some idea to develop this marked register in node red.

Node-red-contrib-buffer-parser can extract bits (and bytes and strings and floats and integers) from data.

That is the best help I can provide with so little info provided.

Not until you provide more context as above and read about the suggested node to use ☝  
Then someone will guide you, resulting in you being able to write a flow with the information provided.
