# Help please Flows stopped due to missing node types

hi rebooted my pi today and now node red wont work properly , i kepp getting (Flows stopped due to missing node types.)

The first thing you need to do is make sure you have a backup of your flows because this kind of thing is quite often due to memory card corruption.

However, having said that, this does look a little bit like operator error (it happens)

Did you import a flow that contained dashboard 2 nodes then try to fix it via command line?

To me, it looks like you are primarily using dashboard 1 but you imported some dashboard 2 flows, then you uninstalled node-red-dashboard via command line leaving both types of dashboard nodes in your flows but neither dashboard installed?

If I am correct and you are primarily using dashboard 1, then simply install node-red-dashboard, and then delete the stray ui-base node from the config sidebar.

But still, don't forget back up flows in case this is memory card corruption.
