# How insert checkBox in table

hi,

i have a table witch contain a list of fake events and alarms generated from OPC-UA server.  
i want to add column contain check-box. i used the follow HTML code `<td> <input type=checkbox></td>` in template node but the check box does not appear.  
please find the complete code:  
1- HTML code in template node

2- the flows witch catch and display the generated events
