# How to control the start-up of each process has a certain interval at the node-red start-up

Your flow is not importable, please see [this post](https://discourse.nodered.org/t/how-to-share-code-or-flow-json/506) for how to share a flow. However, when I said an example I did not really mean to share a flow, but a description of what an example does, what triggers it and why it should not start immediately.
