I am not interested in creating a project however, I am fed this annoying popup every time I open up admin. How can I get rid of it? ( without being forced to create a project of course)

Disable the projects feature in your settings file.

The assumption is, if you have gone to the trouble of enabling projects then you actually want to use projects.

😁 the funny thing is that I used projects from the moment they were first introduced. However after recently moving all my config files to a new nodered server things concerned with projects went south, while everything else continued to work just fine..
