Ok. I'm dumb.
But reading post #3, it gets a 1
and shifts it left ten times (for reasons undefined) and spits the 1
out after ten messages were/are received.
What happens to the messages between that original message and when the message saved is sent isn't declared.
Again: This is an alternative to do that. If it doesn't do what is needed it wasn't declared as I read it.
