The usual way is via an ODBC driver. I think there are various nodes that support ODBC.

Which one is suitable for Windows OS 10.I am trying but showing error.

Tell us which one you are using and show us the error.

Preferably post a very short flow (just a few nodes) that shows the problem. Likely no-one here uses Access (I gave up with it 15 years ago), but we can look at what you are doing and see if we can see anything obvious.
