Hello, I'm a Newbie 😅 (obv)

So I want to get something from a website but everytime when I try I get this error 'HPE\_CR\_EXPECTED' What does it mean and how do I fix it? I added things like %0D || \r || %AD to get the carriage return, because ChatGPT told me so xd but it won't work. Can someone explain and if y'all need more details just hit me up.
