There is a very similar example of using a CDN for Dashboard 2.0 ui-template node [here](https://discourse.nodered.org/t/how-to-configure-echarts-in-dashboard-2/87259/4) (though that was for charts, it is pretty much the same steps).

You should be able to pick out the bits from ckeditor docs and replace the eCharts bits.
