I'm facing a problem with incoming http requests to local node-red, I'm trying to send a request from the Server, or postman, it writes about a timeout and returns the error "no response from the server", I would be grateful for your help in setting up settings.js

Hi and welcome.
You will need to make your question more helpful. an example flow would help. [How to import/export a flow](https://nodered.org/docs/user-guide/editor/workspace/import-export)

At a guess as you supplied limited info, have you connected the http in to a http response node?
These examples from the cookbook may help [Node-RED Cookbook : Node-RED](https://cookbook.nodered.org/#http-endpoints)
