# IBM IoT Platform as mqtt out node

Hi everyone!
I deployed a node red instance on IBM cloud: [jodrone-node-red.eu-gb.mybluemix.net](http://jodrone-node-red.eu-gb.mybluemix.net)
I developed my flow and now I want to comunicate with a local raspberry pi with an mqtt out node.
Since I found no free alternative I chose the IBM IoT Platform.
I set as server url [f4cz78.messaging.internetofthings.ibmcloud.com](http://f4cz78.messaging.internetofthings.ibmcloud.com)
I tried both to
> 8883 & tls with verify server certificate with url the same of the server.
> 1883 no tls and disabling tls from IBM IoT Platform
> Username "use-token-auth"
> Pass The token generated at the device registration.
But it can't connect. Can someone help me? Is there any way to debug? No error in the debug section just and eternal "connecting"
