Which part are you confused about? The Inject node and Change nodes are in the core set of nodes that you really should take the time to learn about. [https://nodered.org/docs/user-guide/nodes](https://nodered.org/docs/user-guide/nodes)
Do you want to be able to manually reset them to zero, or do you want them to reset to zero automatically when some condition is reached?

And to repeat what Steve has already told you, take some time to look at the basic recipes on [cookbook.nodered.org](http://cookbook.nodered.org) as it will save you a lot of time.
