Very hard to make out what you are doing but a quick glance seems to show that you have === "true" - are your true/false entries actually strings? If not, it should probably be === true

If you read the link I posted in the first response it explains what you need to do and why you need to do it. Try copying your flow from your post and try importing it into Node-RED (Import > Clipboard) you will find that it doesn't recognise it as a valid file.
